an experimental collage I made

this is a sort of message to myself or really a reminder of what being an artist means to me, even in times of feeling like life is only a force for breaking. and after watching it a few times, i felt like sharing it. maybe it connects with someone the way it does me.

Saturn's Spiral is an experimental short film made in January of 2023. I had 3 weeks and no budget, and with some help from the friends we made along the way, I was able to craft this frankenstein of a film. I'm super proud of it because of the limited timeframe to create a plot, storyboard, film, direct, and then edit. It was a labour of love, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Maybe it makes sense to you, maybe it doesn't. Thankful to everyone who helped make this happen. All collage art and illustration done by Tyrone Mckie.
